The purpose of the project is to act as part of a PhD research enquiry at LSBU into studio produced dark ambient music and its transformation to the stage. The nss58 Project is part of the academic musical output for Nigel Sanders.

The nss58 Project perform a solo set of dark ambient fusions with elements of Noise, Rock, Metal and Punk. These fusions are both original conceptions and Hauntological by nature.
